Sugar And Sugar Substitutes Will Derail
Your Feel Great Journey

We all know sugar is bad for us. Everyone is saying it but are you like me and still eating sugar? Well, from what I've been reading recently, this is not just a minor problem. Sugar attacks our bodies in ways we may not know about.

Sugar Substitutes
Okay, so we are going to replace sugar in our diets with a sugar substitute. Bad news here too. Sugar substitutes can sometimes be as bad or worse than sugar itself. Here is what I have found.

Let's start with Aspartame. This is an incredibly bad chemical to be putting into your body. Read about it here. In a nutshell, it doesn't help you lose weight, it actually makes you gain more weight. It causes migraines and dizziness. And since it can get into your brain and cause those problems, what else could it be doing that we don't know about? Stay away from this toxic substance.

Now what about sucralose? Here is another bad chemical. Read this article and tell me that you want to continue to put this in your body.

So what's the bottom line? Sugar and artificial sweeteners have tricked our brains into thinking we need to have sweet tasty things. We need to change our minds.

How To Get Off Sugar
So the next question is, how do we get off sugar? Sugar is everywhere and I mean everywhere. And since sugar substitutes are so bad for us, we need to make a radical change here. We need to change our tastes. We need to eat good healthy food that does not contain sugar even if we don't like it. Yes, you heard me right ... even if we don't like it. Why? Because our bodies want to be healthy. And once we realize how good we feel, we will start liking the good healthy food even if we didn't initially. We are addicted to sugar. That's how companies get us to buy their foods, by putting sugar in them. Something in our brains tells us that sugar is good and we want more. We are drug addicts and sugar is the drug.

Try this. Every time you eat sugar, think of the hard-core heroin or cocaine addict that has been hooked for years. They are thin with eyes that don't see anything but drugs. They steal and sell themselves for the drug. They are hurting themselves by using but they can't stop. Got the picture? That is you. What?! Not me! Yes, you. Can you stop eating sugar? Have you tried to go one day without sugar? How did you feel?

According to the video above, we may be able to feel better in as little as 3 days. But does she say that we won't want sugar after 3 days? No. And probably we won't.

So what do we do? The only thing we can. Eat raw and tough it out. It will be hard. I'm not going sugar coat this. ( I just couldn't resist!) But it's the hard work that makes it great. And it will be worth it.

Do you want want to sleep better, feel better and live long enough to see your grandchildren get married and have children? Well, this is a good way to improve the chances that you will be around for those extremely important events.
