Prepare For Your Feel Great Journey
To help you on your Feel Great Journey, I am going to tell you about my journey, what is working and what didn't work. Then you can take the information and the links on this website and do some focused research of your own to decide what is best for you.
I am not a doctor, personal trainer or medical professional. I am a teacher with an incredible thirst for knowledge and information. If you want to know more about me, go to the About This Site page.
I am going to share a lot of information here and give you a path through it. But I will warn you. I am a very direct person. You will receive straight information, no frills, no holds barred. This information could change your life, if you let it. But in the end, it is up to you.
You can do this.
My first advice to you is to start slowly. Pick one area and one small part of that area. Then commit to accomplishing it. Spend at least a month (preferably 3 months) getting your new technique deep and established before going on to the next one.

Okay! Another thing ... have you noticed how the sentence 'You can do this.' appears periodically? I am helping you dig your new riverbed of success. Soon, I will change this to 'I can do this.' meaning, instead of me saying it to you, you will start saying it to yourself.
Before we jump into the core of the discussion, I want to say one more thing. This website is mostly about how to feel great physically, i.e. in your body. However, after reading the What You Think page, you probably realize that how you feel physically is affected by your thoughts and how you feel emotionally. Emotional health is a big part of it. For now, I will stick with the physical path and perhaps expand on the emotional part at a later date. If you want a suggestion right away, I recommend you investigate this path.
